I maintained my weight this week, and am not sure why.

I had a really good week, followed Weight Watchers 100%, focusing even more on the Power Foods.

I'm not going to worry about it though, I felt kind of bloated at my weigh-in, so it's very possibly water-weight!

I'm powering through, and hoping for a loss for next time. I have decided to not worry about it unless it happens another few times, since WW has said that a true plateau isn't until you've gone for over a month (I think six weeks) with little to no movement on the scale.

154.4 lb Lost so far: 49.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
