another year of a lot of walking and exercise and a lot of food.....I didn't gain but I didn't lose.....here's to a miracle year....what's the secret to weight loss?
145.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well actually, your weight graph looks like it's dipping a bit. Well anyway, you definitely have the secret of maintenance - not putting weight on. A whole lot of people are interested in that. We'll have to get back to you on the losing weight secret.
