Haven't lost as much as I would have liked to which is very irritating.
148.4 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

Lose weight as slow as possible. A 1kg drop is very big. You wanna lose fat and keep as much muscle as possible to keep your metabolism higher. The faster you lose weight, the more muscle you lose and slower your metabolism becomes.
