Finally started doing my exercises. That was the hardest part. Making sure at every meal I have protein, lots of veggies and a small starch or fruit. I found that drinking lots of water helps to keep my appetite at bay. I am doing my routine every other day and if I eat something inappropriate then I have to do an extra 15 minutes. Who wants to do that? It is also a plus that my bestie is doing it with me too. Between November and December I lost 13 pounds and my BP was awesome, Yay! It was truly a wake up call for me when I got that letter in the mail from my doctor telling me that I was pre-diabetic. What? I told her that I was not going to go on anymore pills or get on insulin. I am too young for this and I want to be around for my babies God Willing. My current goal is to be down another ten pounds by the time they see me on January 10, 2014 God Willing. That will get me out of the 3s.
310.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 140.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
