My weigh in is a bit disappointing but I had so many tests to write this week. It’s been very challenging, next week I’m gonna try to workout more consistently 😭
148.8 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
