WOOT!!! WOOT!!! back in the 250's! Haven't been there since before the holidays. Life is good. Working towards the mini goal of 250. For me those mini goals feel so much more achievable.
259.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 99.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks CMR & ctlss, gotta keep the trending downward! Working from home today, my usual Friday routine, darn, it is 10am, time to get cracking. Slept in until 8 this am which is highly unusual for me. I am usually up at 6 or earlier. Did some early morning stretching when I got up and gonna get the treadmill done during my lunch break today!

Thanks everybody on the votes of confidence, glad you are sticking by me. It has been a struggle to get it on track after trying so many different combinations. Hey, got in 20 minutes on the treadmill today too @ 3mph, warm up and cool down for 5 min each at 2.3 mph. Alternated incline from 0-5 periodically during the 20 minutes. Went out and did grocery shopping and several errands, tons of walking. Parked as far away in the parking lot as I could with each stop. I have been doing that for awhile and it is amazing how many steps that adds to your day! It is 8pm, just got home, groceries are put away. Found some new items at the market to add to my repetoire, but more on that later. Having a simple supper, moved what I had planned for tonight to tomorrow night.
