struggling with not being hungry during most of the day, then quite hungry After I go to bed. i try to have high protein around 8, but I'm really wanting something around 10-11pm... I think it's why I'm stalling
158.6 lb Lost so far: 39.3 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
