Bronchitis for 3 weeks.
149.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

I read your other posts regarding protein. I eat plain low-fat or nonfat Greek yogurt. It's an amazing source. It takes a week to get used to the non sweetened taste. But it has been my key to weightless while maintaining muscle. I'm the same age as you.
