Cenada's Journal, 22 March 2021

I had a small gain of 300g this week, but that's not gonna stop me! I also had a large meal last night and didn't drink enough water these last two days, think that also contributes to it. Time to buckle down again. My weigh in day is also going to change from Mondays to Fridays. That's gives me 4 days to turn it around.
270.7 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 116.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
