I am very late with my entry today. I had a lot to do this morning then went to the grocery store with my low carb list in hand. I was very proud of myself, I DID NOT BUY ANYTHIBG I COULDN'T HAVE!!
I have made a decision that I am trying my best to stick to. Since it's cold outside and I don't have a job to go to every morning, I am going to stay at home and not go out to eat, or play bingo, or go to a dance or anything that has to do with being tempted about food. I can stick to this as long as I have this site to read every day and friends to visit with.
