My diet is going really well. I am a couple weeks in now and it is getting easier. I don't feel nearly as sore at the gym and I am increasing my running by 1 minute every trip. I officially have less than 30 pounds until my goal weight!
177.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
