I had the creeping crud all Thangsgiving week but it didn't affect my appetite at all! I started my induction 1 phase over yesterday 12/07/13. Need to start exercising and drink MORE WATER! It's been hard. I need to reacess my diet and reread the induction phase and see what I did wrong. When I followed it the first time years ago the weight fell off. This time it has been very slow. I have got to discipline myself and focus. I know one thing I did different and that is I have not gotten in all my meals. I eat breakfast and then supper so I'm not getting in all my veggies and keeping my proteins even during the day. I have even skipped breakfast and waited until late afternoon to eat. In saying this I know where I need to make changes. I also have been eating an Aktins bar with a scoop of peanutbutter at night while I lay in bed and watch TV, then I will fall right to sleep. This behavior can't be good!! If anyone has tips or is in "the struggle" like me please I'm all ears and welcome and help anyone has to offer! Thank you,
199.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 64.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
