MJ's mom's Journal, 15 March 2021

I’m really happy I’ve been able to maintain 140lbs as a weight. I’ve continued to use my Apple Watch to help me stay active. I am spacing my calorie count days out- so it’s becoming more natural for me to make good choices and eat till I am full.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 140.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.0 lb a week
