All looking good!

I had a plateo for 5 days where I stayed the same weight, but a few more glasses of water and fruit per day has got the wheels a moving again...

285.3 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 131.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
