I'm not surprised by the gain. I've been eating everything I shouldn't. So Monday I'm starting to get back to my healthy eating. For now, that means no dairy products. In time I'll quit eating gluten, and nuts but doing all that now, will definitely be too much for me. So Monday starts the day that I begin to feel like myself again. Woo hoo. Have a great weekend y'all!!!
157.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
