Well, 2 days of Weight Watchers Blue program and I am down 2 kgs! Its a good motivational start but still have 33 kgs to go. Do-able? I hope so. Tired of lugging around this much weight everyday.
227.1 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 72.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
