Another 0.4 lb down. 2.6 lb in 6 days. Really proud of myself. I miss the sweets, but the meals & snacks I'm eating are so satifying that's easy to overlook!
148.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
