My own personal diet is still somewhat like Atkins. If I want carbs I'll have them but most of the time I don't eat carbs. But I do Have my coffee in the mornings and my sweetener and creamer is where most of my carbs comes in. I had quit losing weight on Atkins anyway. Or maybe I was just not doing it right. But I can't faithfully say that I'm doing Atkins anymore. Just trying to be honest, ya'll!
