Getting back into it after a long break! Some muscle loss and a fair bit of fat gain, so even though ive lost weight ive actually gained more fat esp on my tummy area :(
149.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
