It's a great day! Down another pound - now that makes 9.6 lbs in 3 weeks, AND 12 inches - Hooray! Now I have to get over the "hump" of 160 but that should happen next week. Today I'm cooking up a bunch of stuff for lunches for next week. I'm finding when I don't plan at least a day or two ahead I just kind of stare at the fridge and cabinet like it's supposed to give me an idea of what to eat. Funny, it's not helping in that regard.
161.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
