I hit 249 yesterday!!! No issues! Still eating, and I feel energized. I used to be 270. It's awesome. I don't look any different, but my stomach is not as pronounced.
My left arm hurts because I received the first Covid Shot yesterday . It'll be the 24th, then it will be 2nd one. They went with Pfizer, since that's what they had.
Two positives! My doc's assistant will call me in two weeks, to make sure things are good.
