gained two pounds since my last weigh-in, but probably actually gained more. my reasoning, is that i had lost more weight (by my clothes) since my last weigh-in, but i just never got on the scale. i gained all that back, plus two more :o(

i need to get back to it! i have been lax for awhile.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Don't let 2lbs get you too bummed out...keep at it. I'm sure you'll do better at your next weight in.
