Welp. Notta gain.
More fluids are needed. And I need to try to wait until lunch time before I eat. Yesterday I was on the take out keto bombs by 11:00 hungry.
I want to thank FS members for motivating me to purchase a bicycle. I was on it after dark last night and it felt so good 😊
165.0 lb Lost so far: 41.1 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
