Well, it's been quite a year, and I have taken on a lot of ballast... But I reckon we have a few more months of lockdown, and I should be able to get to 103 by end-June if I work like a dog.
Not sure what to do. Intermittent fasting worked well, as did eating a lot of raw veg salads and soups. I don't think I really want to calorie count. So maybe to kick-start I will skip breakfast and go for a walk instead of lunch, and then have either a salad or soup for dinner, maybe with a bit of whatever we are cooking for the family.
