Wedding celebration and lots of visiting and family time. Didn't break my diet until day 4 and my body's chemistry freaked out! Back on track again today and will resume exercise tomorrow. Oh well, what can you do? All is well!!
128.2 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
