I didn’t feel well last night. Went to bed at 5:30 and Ate way below my calorie plan.
I had two different events to attend and didn’t make it out of the house.
165.6 lb Lost so far: 40.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
