If you can't find your motivation, use your determination. Take baby steps. Aim for a pound a week. Start by increasing fruits and veggies. If you work, get strict during the week and leave more leeway for the weekends. Plan out your breakfast and bring your lunch to work. Some great sites for new recipes that lighten up regular foods: Emilybites.com, Skinnytaste.com, Slenderkitchen.com, Skinnykitchen.com and Cookinglight.com Get active! Get a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. Just knowing you are wearing one helps you think about how to add more steps for the day. Losing weight is a learning process. Progress not perfection! Make sure you are getting plenty of lean protein and high fiber foods to keep you satiated. Plan out treats a few times a week. You can look up foods before you eat out. You can have a burger and fries and still lose if you plan for it. You can do this!
