I can’t remember if the scale said 166 or 167. Recording the higher of the two so I don’t get a let down
I was low low calorie yesterday and plenty of fluids. Smaller clothes are fitting me and yet that dog gone scale taunts me.
167.8 lb Lost so far: 38.3 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
