I guessed the 188 and then weighed myself for first time in 2 months and was right on. probably lost 3 pounds this week alone being on the diet. Offical competition weigh in in Sat 1/22. Hope to be 187 or 186 for that.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
