Finally that 163 lb got tired and went away - down to 162 this morning and I feel great! It always seems whenever I get close to a number that ends in 0, like 160, 150, etc. it takes forever to get past that!
162.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
