Poor eating this weekend. Out of town and didn’t bring my own food and felt obligated to eat what was served. Not to mention I was hungry. Hope it comes right back off and quickly. I never did make that 10# goal.
Very low calories today. Keto coffee. And fluids and early bed. That’s the plan
168.8 lb Lost so far: 37.3 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
