Ran 13.1 miles friday - training for a half marathon - which is 2 weeks away from today. I'm proud that I'm running again. I wish i was more dedicated to my eating. I read a quote on facebook yesterday - "anyone can workout for an hour, but to control what goes on your plate the other 23 hours... that's hard work." It is. It is totally 80-90% what you put in your body. Yes working out is great, you need muscle, more muscle helps you look better in your clothes, working out definetly helps me build that muscle. But the fat would not be around my belly if I didn't have so much SUGAR and FLOUR in my diet every day - uhg. For today - I'm just going to be proud of the fact that I have 4 little kids, a full time job, rentals, wife, etc and yet I find a way to workout. :)
169.8 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
