My fat weekend caught up with me on the scales. I am not very happy about this but it is my own fault. I was really good yesterday and even went to the gym and walked for an hour. Today I will do the same. I will lose this weight!
183.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
