Received my Insanity Deluxe DVD's!! I love the Insane Abs workout! My left shoulder will not allow me to check out the Insanity Upper Body DVD. But on the good news front, I finally completed the Plyometric Circuit Training and Pure Cardio workouts! Just in time for the MAX dvds starting next week.
