183.6 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 73.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So don't stop. I understand you. I also always want something tasty when it's a hard day. It's even useful to arrange a cheat day. Then your body rests, the main thing is to do cheat dat not often. And now my body is getting used to the new food. The second day of my diet I already want to eat some cake🍩. Yes, we believe that you can💪. Main thing is don't stopped👍
