Okay, that one week of no diet & exercise turned into 3 WEEKS of no diet & exercise. Time to get back on track!! No alcohol, no sugar & no dairy!
181.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
