Have started Diet as of today. Will be carefully weening myself of calories nothing to drastic. Will start exercise 2-4 times per week and see how that goes.
293.0 lb Lost so far: 46.7 lb.    Still to go: 101.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
