A little puzzled about not losing weight on the scale...but I know that our bodies (especially women) have hormonal fluctuations all the time. I'm still on track and doing everything I should...and am adding in some weight training too.
This diet plan together with my Skinny Fiber will get me where I want to be!!

i completely understand about the hormonal thing, frustrating to have that throw off the scale! just my 2 cents, but if you're following an atkins woe, your protein looks pretty high. atkins is a high fat-moderate protein-low carb diet. this forces your body to use fat for fuel, rather than carbs or protein. it could be that your weight loss is stalled because you're eating too much protein and not enough fat. maybe try lowering the protein and upping your fat. i know i've sometimes fallen into that habit and it stalls my weight loss. just a thought!
