Today is officially the end of the 13 week mark since I started really watching things. I'm very happy with my progress:

79.2 lbs lost (10.9 gallons of fat gone!)
Down 6 inches / 6 pant sizes
Down 23% of my starting weight

And on top of it all, I'm feeling fantastic. I'm not tired in the least, I have more energy than I've had in years, and just feel great all around! So many personal issues I was experiencing before starting this are now gone. I'd made a list of 30 issues, most are totally gone now! I'm on top of the world!

Next mini-goal is 250, which I had originally set to get to by my birthday (Feb 9), now my projections are showing I should get there in about two weeks. I'm officially aiming to hit that by 11/13. That goal means a lot to me. I haven't been that weight in at least 13 or 14 years. I think that's about what I weighed when I met my wife (now my ex-; hah!).

I'm rooting for you, DL! You and KingKeld are my idols in this. I'm just trying to where you've already gone. But I tell you, 4 months ago I was wallowing in self-pity. I never thought I'd be here, now. It is truly amazing.
