So happy im down -5lbs since new years eve, im trying to be down -10lbs by feb 1st (my 27th bday)I have about 3wks to go, so im wondering if I should bump my goal to -15lbs.. set the bar a lil high lol!!
170.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entries for 12 January 2011:
927 kcal Fat: 26.68g | Prot: 28.29g | Carb: 155.51g.   Breakfast: String Cheese Mozzarella Cheese Snacks. Lunch: Green Peas (with Salt, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Instant Mashed Potatoes, Coconut Crusted Tilapia. Dinner: Sunny California Roll. Snacks/Other: Natural 100 Calorie Popcorn Mini Bags, Honey Wheat Braided Twists Pretzels. more...

I think 10 is a good number. Setting realistic goals is one of the most important things, plus you don't wanna bum yourself out on your birthday if you only hit 10 ;-)
