I went to the Doctor yesterday, mid afternoon, and on their scale weighed 161. So much for my home scale saying 156 (still 20 lbs less then what I started at per my scale). At the gym today I used their scale, and weighed in at 159. I started a new set of medications today (equivalent to Symbolta), and am hoping with less nerve pain, and more energy I will get even further, faster. The extra 5 lbs the doctor's office scale added (and the 1 inch shorter that I also became) add another month to reaching my goal of 140 lbs. I'm sure though I must weight 135 to allow room for water weight, which adds even another month...ugh...this means 6 months to go!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
