Finding it hard to juggle working 2 jobs, but continuing with my goals. Meal prep on weekends save me from snacking on things I shouldn't. Trying to increase activity, but it is difficult.
174.9 lb Lost so far: 33.9 lb.    Still to go: 51.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Meal prep + weekly menus posted on the fridge really help me. Keep going with it as much as you can! :)
