Weighed in and got my body fat done today. While I was disappointed that I my weight didnt change at all, I lost 1.5% body fat! The lack of weight loss is a good thing in the fact that I didn't lose any muscle. That and 2 PRs at the gym tonight are all I need to keep goin strong!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
