Cannot tell you how happy I am to see the scale finally moving in the right direction again!
The potluck at work yesterday was a lesson learned....my body cannot handle crap food like that anymore. Was up at 4AM because of it (no further details to keep this out of the TMI zone).
Hit the gym this morning, feeling good :D They changed my schedule at work next week from 1115-745 to 930-6. Thankfully there's a mini gym in the basement at work, so I'll need to get up the gumption to stay late again.
