Low carbs and Skinny Fiber is the way to go!!! I have to 'make' myself eat and find a way to get enough calories in me each day. Sometimes, I just can't. I worry that the days when I only have 700 or 800 calories, what will happen with my metabolism :( Skinny Fiber is ALL natural and has not given me one side effect other that completely kill my appetite. Guess that's what they call a 'Two Edged Sword'!! Best of luck to all of you. If you need some help with keeping your appetite under control, let me know. Low carb affects me that way to a point...but this stuff gives me even more :)

You do an amazing job keeping the carbs so low. I checked into the skinny fiber, but it was a bit too costly for me. I am trying the equate fiber powder in my coffee. So far, so good! Although it does add 4 g carbs....!

Feretina...thank you :) I also found that Chia Seeds can help keep you feel full. I got a bag for $8.99. The fiber is 4 carbs but 4g of fiber for 1 Tb. Up until yesterday, I was counting total carbs. I have been in ketosis (high level) and am experimenting now to see if 'net carbs' will still allow me to be in ketosis at the same level. I learned to diet back in 1999 and have done it many times successfully when I stuck with it. I'm hesitant to count net carbs..but am going to give it a try and see how it works. I'll let you know. I also have a FB Group that I am always posting good info about health...and when I find a new 'carb friendly' food (new to me anyway) I tell about it. I sometimes post pictures.
