Opps .... Oh well I was expecting a lot worst ... ;) ...

now what it kind of worried me was that I was coming back to my old habits .... going out (nothing wrong with that) and heating the worst food on the menu ... even when I knew it was soo bad ...
hey good girls can b bad sometimes right ...

But not this week .... there is no more excuses.. no more holidays .. so ... back on track ! ;) ...

oh my! I know about those slip- ups ... and to be honest I really enjoy them LOL ,, and the thing is that now I know when I have to say STOP before it gets worst (kind of) .. I feel good knowing that my buddies will b here for me :) thanks for your words ! :)
