It's about time that I drank water. 120 oz yesterday. Dropped me to 256.

I am looking for diabetic recipes all over the web. What do you all recommend.
256.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
