I have spent this weekend sick. I haven't been able to keep any food in my for the past 2 days, maybe this will will be a good thing for my weigh in tonight. Today is the first day for the crunch challenge and I'm excited to exercise, even if it is just 10 crunches.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
