This entry is technically for Monday, but I didn't think to document it. Today is day 1 of a fitness challenge. current non-scale goals: 1. Drink 8 cups water. 2. Daily yoga. 3. Meditate daily. 4. Read a book. 5. Less electronics. 6. Declutter. 7. Learn a language. 8. Get heart rate up. 9. Core/muscle work 10. Brush & Floss immediately after dinner.
I have done all of them but getting heart rate up. Hard to fit that one in as it was first day working at a new school. Plan to jog today, even if it is in the snow! My meal plan went well, but I was still hungry in evening, so I had some pepperoni. Don't like the feeling of hunger following a meal. Listening to body, but hope to retrain it. Otherwise, I will have to do intermittent fasting, as I am rarely hungry during the daytime.
