I am fine with maintaining for a few days.... Tried new dvds, oh lord, I am so sore today, but did it again today, tomorrow will be a tough morning.. sore is a good thing... 12 days left, 3.8 lbs to go.
238.4 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
